About the Event

Yoga is all about the path to wholeness and navigating the challenges, insights and revelations along the way. 

Gurumayi once said that "You must be present for the transformation to occur." 

No-one does the work of sadhana (spiritual practice) for us but at the same time we can't achieve it all on our own. Have you ever told yourself that you will "do yoga today" and the time never comes? Yup, me too. 

The best way to make something happen is to commit to it and then be willing to stumble but keep going. Often the best way to make progress in our yoga practice is to commit to a class, a regular punctuation of the week to keep us facing towards the light.

In this regular Saturday morning class we will start with relevant yoga philosophy and contemplation followed by centering, breath and a mindful asana practice designed to open the energy of the spine, build inner strength and focus and connect us to the deep peace within ourselves. 

Expect to feel welcomed, safe, and yes, challenged by this Blissology-inspired practice! 

Having fun is definitely important too!

Cost is $10 and the recording of the class is available until Sunday at 9:00am in case something gets in the way Saturday morning (hey, life happens!).
