Start your November off by chilling out on your yoga mat. Yes, we'll move the body and maybe break a sweat, but for sure, to ambient electronic sounds so you can give your brain a break before the crazy holidays. New to Yoga? I would love to have you! Need a mat? There will be a few extras there.
$10 / person - paid to the Oxbow front desk pre-yoga.
Please arrive at least 5 min early to class to set up your mat, pay, and chill out before starting your practice!
About the Instructor: Katie has been practicing yoga on and off since 2005, has woven it into her physical therapy practice for clients, and just recently finished a full year long program to become an official yoga instructor.
