EasyGoing Yoga for 50+

This 4-week series is designed to bring greater balance and movement to the body, while using relaxation techniques quiet the mind and reduce stress. Standing balance postures will be included along with guided breath work to help release tension, relax and restore the body and mind. Limited to 6!
