Did you know there's an old rule of thumb ~ that it takes 1 day to recover for every 1 mile you run. Whoa! Yes, you may walk or slow jog, but no hills, speed work, you get it. Are you planning another race after this one? Do yourself a favor! Put as much into your recovery as you did the training. Come in the first week following the EC Races for Post-Race Massage and recover much more quickly! 45 minute treatment, plan for 60 minutes in & out.
