About the Event
Prenatal yoga will get you moving, hsifting and adjusting to your ever-changing body. We'll work hard to prepare for the marathon of labor and finish with some juicy stretches and relaxation. Expect to feel like you did good work for your mind, body, baby and soul.

Katie is a physical therapist, a women's health therapist, has been practicing yoga since 2005 and did yoga throughout each of her pregnancies, both contirbuiting to the positive effects of her natural births.
