About the Event

Prenatal yoga will get you moving and adjusting to your ever-changing body. We'll work to prepare for the marathon of labor and balance strength with stretches and relaxation. Expect to feel like you did good work for your mind, body, baby and soul.

Katie is a holistic physical therapist, women's health therapist, certified yoga teacher, took prenatal yoga training through Blooma and has been practicing yoga since 2005. She did yoga throughout each of her pregnancies, positively effecting both of her natural births.
