Prenatal Yoga Workshop

About the Event
We will spend a the morning discussing why yoga is such a benefit during pregnancy, what special moves you can do to prepare you for an easier and natural birth, and what to do differently when going to a "regular" yoga class. Then, we'll do a prenatal practice and throw in some "regular" moves so you can practice modifying for your pregnant body.
This workshop is perfect for you if you are:
a regular yogi who is now pregnant
a pregnant mom brand new to yoga
a yoga instructor who wants to feel comfortable and confident with pregnant mamas

Katie is a physical therapist, a women's health therapist, has been practicing yoga since 2005 and did yoga throughout each of her pregnancies, both resulting in natural births.
