About the Event
This class series will run weekly for 4 weeks. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the class time to set up your mat, use the bathroom, etc. We recommend bringing your own yoga mat and a blanket if you get cold easily. We do have a few mats available. If you need a recommendation for a mat, we would be happy to recommend one for you!
Led by Katie McMorran, Physical Therapist, who has practiced yoga since 2005 and who recently attended a year-long yoga teacher training program here in Eau Claire from 2016-2017.
