About the Event

This workshop may include adjustments to assist with shoulder pain + stability, hip pain + stability, back pain + stability, muscle activation  + energy movement

This workshop is perfect for regular yogis and beginners who want to deepen their practice by removing the parts of you that keep your mind busy from connecting with your true self.  Discover what you need to modify, remove, or adjust to start on a greater journey towards freedom of limitations and connection with the Divine. Come with questions! :) 

The content may include:  

  • shoulder stability 
  • hip stability
  • muscle activation to protect joints 
  • back stability 

You're welcome to come if you have pinching in the knees, back, shoulders, neck or hips. 

You're welcome if you have a very flexible body. 

You're welcome if you're just interested in learning some fine-tuning adjustments for a healthier, longer-lasting practice.
