This 60 minute Hatha yoga class we will start with yoga philosophy and contemplation followed by centering, breath and a mindful asana practice designed to open the energy of the spine, build inner strength and focus and connect us to the deep peace within ourselves. Restorative Live Music Yoga

This 90 minute event combines music to soothe type A souls along with yoga poses meant to slow the mind.

 

Anthony will lead you into a place of deep relaxed state with his soothing, grounded presence as his friend Alex plays along with his guitar.

This 4 class series will help you establish a solid meditation practice.

 

You'll learn the physical foundation of seated meditation, what mindfulness meditation is and how to practice it, what mantra repetition is and how to practice it, what Loving-Kindness meditation is and how to practice it.
