Calm Warrior Yoga

This 60 minute Hatha yoga class we will start with yoga philosophy and contemplation followed by centering, breath and a mindful asana practice designed to open the energy of the spine, build inner strength and focus and connect us to the deep peace within ourselves. Recording of class available for one week for those who miss the livestream.

This class is designed to help you move, stretch and mobilize your tissues during these crazy times for extra care or to replace your current bodywork during COVID. Each week will use different techniques to balance the body.  Class will be recorded and available for at least 1 week after class!

Easy Going Yoga

This class will bring greater balance, awareness and movement to the body, while using relaxation techniques to quiet the mind and reduce stress. Standing balance postures will be included along with guided breath work to help release tension and restore ease. 4" inflatable self-treatment ball (or similar) required.
